DAYELET COOKIES is a modern formulation of low calorie carbohydrates and intense sweeteners that replaces sugar in 100% of its weight. It is used to replace sugar in all kinds of artisan biscuits, leaving the same sweetness and texture as sugar. Substitute "weight-to-weight" sugar in any recipe without having to modify the rest of its ingredients.
Delicious homemade biscuits can be made, both those made with cutters or moulds and those made with a pastry bag. They can all be baked in microwaves.
