DAYELET MUFFINS is a modern low-calorie carbohydrate formulation, which replaces sugar at 100% of its weight. It is used to replace sugar in all kinds of muffins and muffins with vegetable oils and fats: soy, sunflower, olive, etc., obtaining the same sweetness and texture as the replaced sugar. It replaces sugar "weight by weight" in any recipe without having to modify the rest of its ingredients and providing only 2.4 calories instead of the 4 calories of sugar.
