Birch Sugar (Xylitol) is a table sweetener based on xythitol.

Birch sugar is among the favorites for baking for people with diabetes because it has a low glycemic index and withstands oven temperatures.

Ingredients:

Table sweetener based on organic xylitol (birch sugar) Xylitol (birch sugar) (100%).


How to use:

You can use it to sweeten juices, smoothies, coffee, vegetable drinks, etc. It is also ideal to include in your baking recipes as it resists cooking and baking. Precautions for use: Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
