Tagatose is a natural sugar obtained from lactose through a process in which lactose is divided into galactose and glucose by hydrolysis. From galactose, tagatose is obtained by an enzymatic process in which, after a final purification process, a beautiful white crystal structure is obtained with a delicious natural sugar flavor that at the end of its processing does not contain any trace of lactose or glucose. Tagatose is also naturally present in certain types of dairy products and fruit.
The product is supplied in a bottle with 650 single-dose pills.
Ingredients
Tagatose (24%), sweetener (Sucralose) 11%, anti-caking oil (interlaced carboxymethylcellulose), L-leucine and starch.
Tagatesse is very easy to use, its sweetening power is twice that of common sugar, so you will only need half the amounts indicated in any recipe. However, as with all sweeteners, with their use you will adapt the necessary amount to your taste.
Tagatesse is best kept in a tightly enclosed moisture-free environment (e.g., a sugar jar). It is important that Tagatesse does not come into contact with moisture (hot water steam, a wet spoon, etc.), as it hardens.
