Sugarsol oven powder sweetener
With 40% FEWER CALORIES than sugar, DAYELET SUGARSOL is a modern formulation of low calorie carbohydrates and intense sweeteners, replacing sugar at 100% of its weight. It is used to replace sugar in all kinds of baked goods with vegetable oils and fats: soy, sunflower, olive, etc., leaving the same sweetness and texture as sugar. It replaces sugar "weight by weight" in any recipe, without having to modify the rest of its ingredients and providing only 2 calories instead of the 4 calories of sugar.
All DAYELET Sweeteners are healthy for the teeth and protect them, as they do not act on the balance of the oral flora. None of the Sweetener formulations DAYELET contain fast-absorbing carbohydrates such as sucrose, glucose or fructose and are GLUTEN-FREE.
Our SUGARSOL DAYELET Sweetener is metabolized in a similar way to dietary fiber, without affecting the blood glucose level at all. Like all soluble fibres, its Glycemic Index is remarkably low and positively favours the intestinal flora thanks to its prebiotic effect. These features make it ideal for anyone following low-calorie diets and weight management.
The product is supplied in a 400g container.

Parece un sustituto bueno, ya que debes usar la misma cantidad de Surgasol que de azúcar.
