Exocool - Device to reduce puncture pain

With Exocool, say goodbye to the fear, pain, and discomfort of the prick. Its cryogenic anesthesia mechanism numbs the application area for 8-10 seconds, thus turning the puncture into a practically painless procedure.

How to use:

• Remove the device from the freezer. Attach the lid to the device to prolong its effectiveness at room temperature. The new Exocool comes with a rubber sleeve over the metal. Remove the cover and discard it, its use is to protect the tip of the metal before its first use.
• Before use, check if the device is ready by pressing the button on the end.
• If the light is blue: Indicates that the device is too cold to be used and that there is a risk of cryo-burn. Keep the device out of the freezer for a few minutes and wait for the light to turn green.
• If the light is red: Indicates that the device needs more cooling to be used. Keep it in the freezer for a while longer.
• If the light is green: The device is at optimum temperature and ready for use.
• Pass a cloth or cotton swab with 70° alcohol (isopropyl) on the tip of the metal and into the area of skin where the injection will be applied.
• Once the cotton has passed, deposit a drop of alcohol, isopropyl, gel, etc ... at the tip of the metal. Apply Exocool to the area where the injection is to be given. This operation helps prevent burns.
• Administer the injection within the numbness area for a painless experience.
• Disinfect the tip of the metal again, separately place the device and lid back in the freezer until its next use.

Warning:

• Do not disassemble/remove/separate the metal tip from the body of the device.
• Exocool has been designed for 1500 uses. Once the life of the product is over, discard it as a medical product. Do not try to break the body of the device to open it.
• Do not use the device for any application other than preventing pain caused by injection needles.
• This device is made for external use only for adults or children and infants under the supervision of an adult.
