T-Way is a medical device that facilitates the subcutaneous administration of insulin through a single insertion point, reducing the frequency and discomfort of injections and offering comfort and greater freedom thanks to its design. T-Way is indicated for people with diabetes with multiple injection therapy.
T-Way has numerous advantages
- Device applicable from 1 year of age.
- Compatible with needles from 4 to 6 mm in length and diameter from 28G to 32G
- Usable for up to 72 hours
- Rapid and slow insulin delivery using a single device.
Characteristics
Fewer injections and greater freedom:
It significantly reduces the number of injections needed, compared to a traditional average dosage (1 injection instead of a minimum of 12 in 3 days).
Thinner and more discreet:
It ensures high discretion thanks to different application points and its small size. Psychological comfort as well as physical.
Lower invasibility and greater flexibility:
It guarantees comfortable and flexible use due to its resistance to water (60 minutes and a maximum depth of 5 meters) and dust. The freedom to carry out daily activities without worries.
Lower volume and higher accuracy:
It offers high precision in the dosage of the therapy administered by presenting a low residual volume of 0.1 U, an important detail that can be decisive.
Application
The T-Way device can be applied using the T-Bridge insertion device or directly by applying it to the skin. You can see both options in the explainer video below. A reusable applicator that will allow you to use again and again in the T-Way app.
