DAYELET HARINA DE ALTRAMUZ is designed to make all kinds of bakery and pastry recipes. It is used in low proportions of 1 to 3% of the total weight of the flour, in recipes for gluten-free breads, biscuits, griddles, muffins, muffins, dry pasta, cookies, etc. It is a legume flour and therefore appears on the list of allergens.
