The main ingredient of the paste, glucomannan, is extracted from the konjac plant. Konjac is a root vegetable and of Japanese origin. From the konjac root a starch is extracted and this is called glucomannan. Glucomannan is 100% natural and is ideal for making food. Esperaba que fuera mas consistente, su textura y sabor se asemeja demasiado a comer gelatina. Los spaguetti se salvan pero el "arroz" no se parace en nada al arroz real, son trozos cortados para asemejar el grano de arroz. Todavía tengo que investigar con ellos
