Estos productos están buenos si los mezclas con salsas y verduras, por ejemplo, porque no saben a nada y su textura es gelatinosa. Yo la mezclo con salsa de soja, verduras, cebolla y zanahoria y así está perfecto para la dieta. Eso sí, los sobres son pequeños, recomiendo dos paquetes si eres una persona comilona jeje
