Torras white chocolate to melt and make desserts.
How to use for melting:
Microwave: chop the chocolate, put it in a container and heat it 90 seconds to 500W. Stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Bain-marie: chop the chocolate in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of water and heat in a water bath stirring until completely melted.
Format:
Tablet of 200gr.
Ingredients:
Sweetener (maltitol), cocoa butter, whole milk powder (19%), inulin, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavoring.
*May contain traces of: soy, nuts, sesame.

 | Polyols do not produce a rise in glucose, however, they contain carbohydrates that will be absorbed by the body slowly. Avoid the indiscriminate consumption of this product and take into account the amount of carbohydrates and add them in the calculation of your insulin regimen.
