Painless puncturer based on vacuum technology usable with standard square lancets.
Genteel is a novel puncturer, compatible with a large number of lancet manufacturers, which allows the puncture and extraction of the blood sample without causing damage, being able to use any part of the body and not just the fingers.
The operation of the Genteel is based on a vacuum pump that, applied to the area and with a slight vibration, performs the puncture piercing only the capillaries of the skin and without reaching the nerve endings. To do this, the puncturer is supplied with 6 nozzles to be able to adapt to all skin thicknesses and hardness levels.
The use of Genteel is especially recommended in children as it prevents pain, which also reduces children's refusal and fear of the puncture.
Genteel is compatible with a large number of lancet manufacturers, so its continued use does not require more investment than that which is sustained day by day with a normal puncturer. Using lancets from leading manufacturers ensures that you can find compatible lancets at your provider or health center if provided by Social Security.

Compatible Lancets
Genteel is compatible with most lancets on the market as long as they are of the "square" type. They are easily identified if you pay attention to the base of the lancet because they have a blade that makes it have a square position. In the center of the blade you will have a circular base. Most lancets on the market and supplied by the Health Services are of this type and compatible.
If the lancet is perfectly cylindrical without a blade, it will not be compatible.
If you have any doubts regarding compatibility, you can consult with our team via Whatsapp by sending a photograph of the base of the lancets you use.
