Egg white powder, tapioca starch, milk proteins (contains soy), yolk powder, emulsifier (E471), thickener (guar gum), cocoa (2%), raising agents (sodium carbonate), salt, sucralose, flavorings.
Preparation:
- Mix 180 g of pancake mixture with 160 g of water and 7 g of apple cider vinegar. Mix well until a homogeneous and still liquid mass is formed.
- Heat a nonstick skillet with a little oil. Using a ladle, pour about 50 g of the dough into the pan. Let it grow over medium heat until small bubbles form.
- Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Cover to taste.
