Milk proteins (contains soy), tapioca starch, yolk powder, emulsifier (E471), thickener (guar gum), salt, flavorings.

Preparation:

• • Add 30 g of water and 10 g of olive oil to 40 g of powdered mixture.
  • Mix well until you get a semi-smooth consistency and without lumps.
  • Heat oil or butter in a nonstick skillet.
  • Place the tortilla dough in the pan (medium heat) and wait until bubbles form on the surface.
  • Flip the tortilla and let it grow for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Fill as you want and fold or roll.
