Ingredients:
Sweetener (maltitol), cocoa paste, cocoa butter, inulin, defatted cocoa powder, mint leaves (2%), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural mint aroma, natural vanilla aroma. May contain traces of: milk, soy, nuts, sesame.

Polyalcohols do not produce a rise in glucose, however, they contain carbohydrates that will be absorbed by the body slowly.
