Hartmann - Hydrosorb Gel 15gr

For interactive wet treatment, especially indicated when the wound condition requires active cleaning and supportive treatment, for example in wounds that are difficult to heal and very exudative, in clinically infected wounds or in chronic wounds of various etiologies, such as diabetic gangrene, bedsores and leg ulcers.

It can be combined with other dressings and minimizes pain when changing the dressing.

Hydrosorb is a hydrophilic gel with polyurethane polymers with a high percentage of water that reliably protects the wound against dryness and thus prevents the formation of scabs.
