The person with diabetes should take special care of their mouth to help prevent oral health problems linked to their disease such as: Gum disease, cavities, delayed healing and tendency to infection, appearance of mouth ulcers (canker sores), dysfunction in the salivary glands, fungal oral infection, lichen planus and liquenoid reactions (inflammatory skin disease) , among others.
The components of DIABETIC toothpaste have been specially selected for their properties, to ensure daily cleaning and oral care of the diabetic. The main features of these components are:
CLEANING DENTAL PARTS
- Cleansing particles: Clean the dental surface mechanically, effectively and gently.
- Detergent: Cleans by facilitating the dissolution of plaque and the different materials that adhere to the teeth.
STRENGTHENING DENTAL PARTS
- Calcium and vitamins: Strengthens dental parts by providing them with the calcium they need.
- Fluoride: Strengthens tooth enamel.
CARE AND PROTECTION OF GUMS
- Dermal protector: Accelerates the growth of healthy (healing) and soothing tissue.
- Calming and regenerating: Induces cell growth by promoting healing.
- Antioxidant: Intervenes in the synthesis of gum collagen and protects against bacterial attacks.
- Astringent: Helps prevent bleeding.
ANTIPLACA ACTION (with antiseptic properties)
- Three broad-spectrum antiseptics.
- Bactericide and fungicide of natural origin.
WITH ANTI-INFLAMMATORY, EMOLLIENT AND HEALING PROPERTIES
- Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, astringent and moisturizing and emollient. Scarring for small wounds in the mouth and ulcers.
PROMOTE BLOOD CIRCULATION
- It facilitates the arrival of the gum cells of the nutrients they need for their regeneration and vitality.
COMPOSITION: Water, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Silca, Titanium Dioxide, Alcohol, Aroma, Cellulose Gum, Lauryl Sodium Sulfate, Sodium Monofluorophosphate, Mentol, Aloe Barbadensis, Panthenol, Thymus Vulgaris Extract, Glabra Glycyrrhiza Extract, Vitis Vinifera Leaf Extract (Uva), Ruscus Aculeatus Extract, Epilobium Agunstifolium, Caprylyl Glycol, Allantoin, Sodium Sacarine, Calcium Glycerophosphate, Ascorbyl Sodium Phosphate, Cetylpyridium Chloride, Hyalurodium Chloride.
Contains 1460 ppm (parts per million) of Fluor.
