The Rule of 15
To help you manage sugar crashes, and avoid the dreaded rebound effect that would take you to the opposite extreme, the manufacturer of Gluc Up proposes the RULE OF 15, three simple tips that will help us control hypoglycemia with the help of glucose sachets.
- 1. Take 15 grams of fast-absorbing glucose (1 sachet gluc up)
- 2. Wait 15 minutes at rest for the body to react
- 3. If the slump continues, take another 15 grams of glucose, your drop is being deep.

Water, Glucose Monohydrate, Bulking Agent (Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose), Acidifier (Citric Acid Monohydrate), Preservative (Sodium Benzoate), Lemon Flavoring.
