A mi hija le gusta mucho cuando desayuna el pan en tostada no le sube nada y le mantiene el azúcar toda la mañana era de tener bajas después del desayuno y con el pan no le baja muy sorprendida lo volveré a comprar y no tiene apenas hidratos muy contenta con su función en el azúcar lo recomiendo
